The silver enclosure trim matches the steel bracketing and Halo display trim for a synergized look. The optional mounting bracket (sold separately) KTX-H10 solution that mounts to the face of the subwoofer and links for a sturdy, dual-subwoofer enclosure. they won't be as loud as type r's but with that amp, you're better off with the type s's. since you want to be loud, go with the type-s subs. the bass tends to stay in the car while the type-s subs on the other hand offer a bass that travels out more. This innovative design allows the sound consumer the option to easily add more bass to their system. the alpine type-e subs in my opinion are directed more towards personal enjoyment rather than big bass. Unique to Alpine, the subwoofer 10-inch enclosures are available as a single or “linked” format with an optional mounting bracket. The angle of the oval slot is critical as a degree oil two difference at the bottom makes a big difference at the other end of the arm. The photo is of the home made selector and the replacement that I made. The linkage attaches to the round hole at the end, so what is the other hole for? The slotted oval shaped hole goes on the end of the selector rod that goes into the gearbox.

The confusing thing is that the Automatic WSM shows the arm with two holes in it, as does the technical drawing. I contacted the Rootes archive and got the technical drawings for this part. I made my own arm and it is much better but still not 100% correct. The selector arm on the side of the gearbox was home made and it was difficult to get things adjusted so that I could select L and P (at each end of the gate).
